Show Summary

The 19th Annual Southern Cruisers Car and Truck Show in 2010 was a
tremendous success! We had 162 registered entries, a near record total.
We had approximately 200 cars, trucks, motorcycles and tractors in the
show and on display . We had approximately 750 spectators come through
the general admissions gate. The weather was outstanding.

The entire show was really impressive and participants, spectators and
club members all seemed to really enjoy the show. We had more live music,
more food, more vendors and a new layout this year. We had excellent
news coverage by the Statesboro Herald Newspaper and WTOC Television.

All of the outstanding planning and preparation that had been done before
hand became evident as the show set up began on Friday morning. A number
of members showed up to work; everyone pitched in and a complex task was
basically completed by mid-afternoon.

A large number of members were present on Saturday to work in the show.
Experienced workers showed the new members the ropes, and everything
seemed to go very smoothly.

Excellent leadership, good planning, and a core of dedicated, hardworking
members was clearly evident in all aspects of the show. Thank you to each
member who helped to put on an outstanding show in 2010!

Best of all, we raised a significant amount of money to support a very
deserving charity!
