He drove it through high school and most of college.HeI helped pay for it’s paint job by sweeping floors and running errands at a local shop when He was a teen. Although it got him in trouble it also kept him out of trouble because all of his extra money went into it.
It was originally a LeMans Blue 327 coupe with a turbo 350 transmission. Chad is the fourth owner counting a father and daughter who he bought it from. He has all the paperwork going back to 1972 including service records. When purchased it had a well worn 283 with drum brakes. 1970 Pontiac Tempest
My cousin received this car when he graduated from high school. We have the original bill of sale. He owns a farm and one day he said he needed another small truck.. I told him that I would trade my 1983 Isuzu truck which had 451,000 miles on it for this car. He agreed. The car was a faded green with some surface rust. It has all of the original drive train parts on it.
